ok this is the completly new reread everything i've actually worked on it!!!! i hope you like it.. also i want you guys to know i have named a character after someone but only the name!!! the name has nothing to do with the person im putting it with... so even though the character here has a really horrible life and people don't like him it has nothing to do with the name i gave him.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fade In:
INT. AIRPORT TERMINAL - NIGHT (RAINING)
CAIT SMITH 16 years old petite figure with long light brown hair and blue eyes is standing near baggage claim in San Fransisco International Airport. BERT THOMAS mid-fifties gray hair expensive dress walks in from the rain. He sees Cait and walks over to her.
BERT
Are you Cait Smith?
CAIT
Yes, Are you my uncle Bert Thomas?
BERT
Yeah, my cars out here
They walk out to the limousine and Cait looks at it as if she had never seen one before.
BERT
Give Fefe your bags.
Cait gives the driver her bags.
FEFE
Thank you, signorina
BERT
Get in.
They both get in the car as Fefe closes the trunk. He walks around to the drivers side he gets in ,starts the car ,and begins the journey to Cait’s new home in San Fransisco.
INT. LIMOSIUNE -NIGHT (RAINING)
BERT
How was your flight?
CAIT
Long.
BERT
(Hesitant)
Hmm...
BERT
I was sorry to hear about your parents. It was to bad we couldnt make it to the funeral.
CAIT
(in an unforgiving tone)
Im sure my parents didn’t mind .
BERT
(in a depressed voice)
How could they?
CAIT
Exactly.
BERT
Well the girls are at the house and i’m sure they’re very excited to meet you.
CAIT
I’m sure
BERT
Eliza will be there too. She’s obsessive about her poodle so be nice to it.
CAIT
Sure, anything else I should know?
BERT
No, not really.
There’s no conversation for a while, until they reach California Street.
BERT
Here we are.
Cait gasps to herself when she sees the lavish building,yet not loud enough for her uncle to here. The three of them step out of the car. Cait walks over to the side walk and Fefe goes to get her bags out of the trunk. Bert walks inside as the BULTlER greats him.
INT. HALLWAY- NIGHT(RAINING)
BUTLER
Good evening Mr. Thomas.
BERT
Hi, Danny.
Cait follows Mr. Thomas to the elavator and Fefe follows her inside the elavator Mr. Thomas’s cell phone rings and he answers it.
INT. ELAVATOR
BERT
Bert Thomas........The deal with the manhattan corp? We need this one, John......ya well.......no don’t you even start with me..........just let me take care of this and i’ll be down there A.S.A.P.
Bert continues to speak on the phone. as they reach the second floor. They all step into the richly decorated mansion; Cait in amazment of this all while her uncle continues to speak in loud voice to the person on the phone allmost yelling she continues to look around Fefe puts her bags down.
INT. MANSION- NIGHT(RAINING)
BERT
I’ll be right down Fefe get the car ready.
CAIT
Are you leaving?
BERT
I have something to to take care of, but the girls are here hey’ll show you your room and and such.
He yells the girls names.
BERT
Julie!!!!! Mary!!!!!! I know there around here somewhere.
JULIE THOMAS AND MARY THOMAS, are very beautiful with small figures,but not abnormal. Julie is about fifteen and has short black hair and blue eyes. Mary is seventeen; she has long dark brown hair and brown eyes.
BERT
Girls, this is Cait.
MARY
Nice to meet you.
JULIE
Hi.
BERT
I have to go ,girls, show cait to her room and just get to know each other, bye.
Bert hastens to the elevator.
JULIE AND MARY
(in unison)
Bye, dad.
Bert steps into the elevator and goes down.
JULIE
So, I heard your parents died.
MARY
Were you upset about it?
Julie and Mary ignore this comment.
JULIE
I wish our parents would just die and leave us the money.
Julie and Mary giggle.
MARY
Its not like we ever see them anyway.
JULIE
C’mon your rooms up here.
Mary and Julie walk to the huge grand staircase and cait follows.
MARY
Don’t you talk?
CAIT
Yes, but not when........nevermind.
Now they’re walking up the stairs.
JULIE
When people talk about your parents?
CAIT
No, when people make fun of the fact that ill never see them again.
Cait wants to cry but trys everything she can not too.
JULIE
Whatever.
Julie and Mary giggle.
INT. CAIT’S BEDROOM - NIGHT (RAINING)
The three girls now converse inside Cait’s new bedroom.
JULIE
Here this is it.
MARY
(in a sarcastic voice)
We hope u like it.
They giggle again.
MARY
We’ll let you get unpacked.
The two leave the room. Cait looks around her. The room is completly white, the carpet, the walls, the bead spread, the only thing beautiful about it was the view. The huge window had an amazing view of the city. Cait closed the door and walked over to the window and leaned her back against the wall she slides down to the floor and tears begin to run down her face.
INT. CAIT’S BEDROOM - MORNING
Cait awakes in her room fog rolling in outside her window. She gets out of bed and gets dressed. She opens her door and walks down the stairs. she sees ELIZA THOMAS about 45 dark hair slim figure about the size of Mary’s, lying on a couch in the expansive living room. Cait finds her cousins in the kitchen eating breakfast and reading magazines, at a table at one of the ends of the kitchen.
CAIT
Whos that, lying down?
MARY
Thats our mom.
CAIT
(half suprised)
Oh ..... why is she just laying there?
JULIE
She’s always sleeping, she has a disorder.
MARY
Or at least thats what she sais.
Mary and Julie continue to eat, ingnoring Cait.
MARY
Oh, help yourself theres waffles in the freezer and cereal in the pantry, milk in the fridge got it?
CAIT
Yeah, sure.
Cait goes to the freezer and opens it as the waffles as well as a bag of ice and a gallon of ice cream fall onto her feet the ice breaking open.
JULIE
Nice one.
Cait picks up the waffles and puts them on the counter and trys to pick up the broken bag of ice and put the ice cream back. Mary and Julie just ignoring her and not helping. ELIZA THOMAS enters from the living room. Eliza speaks with an upper class english acent.
ELIZA
I hope nothings wrong I heard a crash.
Eliza sees Cait and addresses her.
ELIZA
Oh dear, You must be Caitlin.
CAIT
Yep.
ELIZA
Im auntie eliza its lovely to meet you. You’ll being going to school with Julie and Mary today.
CAIT
OK.
ELIZA
The limo will pick you up at 8:30 every morning, so you better get dressed.
Cait
(looking down at her clothes)
I am dressed.
ELIZA
Oh! Yes, of course you are.
ANDREW GREENE glides in he is tall about 18, light brown tousled hair, green eyes, and stylish expensive dress. He looks at Mary
ANDREW
Gees Mary, do you think you could hold off on gorgeing youself to death.
ELIZA
Aw Andrew. how lovely to see you this fine morning. Caitlin,this is Andrew. He’s my nephew he will be staying with us while my sister is in rehab.
ANDREW
(smiling)
Which is basically forever I’ll be here until I finish college. Can I call you Cait.
CAIT
I prefer it actually.
He goes and grabs the waffles that are on the counter right next to Cait.
CAIT
Make one for me too, please.
ANDREW
Sure.
CAIT
I’m going to go get ready,then.
FIVE YEARS LATER
EXT. SFSU CAMPUS-DAY-ESTABLISHING
People are walking all around. The sound of traffic is nearby. The sun is shining. On a bench in the middle of the campus courtyard Cait sits reading with her trusty messenger bag by her side, when Andrew walks over to her. Class has just gotten out.
ANDREW
You look like you could use some rum.
Cait laughs.
CAIT
I could definatley go for some of that.
ANDREW
So what do you say we forget how dreadful our little lives are while we get some drinks at the little pub on 12th.
CAIT
I better be careful though. I have mid-terms coming up.
Besides that, by the time i get one drink down I’ll have
swelled up like a blow fish.
ANDREW
I can’t say that was a nice mental image.
Cait stands up from the bench.
CAIT
Well, if you can carry me to the car I’ll let! you buy me a drink.
ANDREW
I don’t know if i could do that. Remember your the huge oger queen I’m just little prince charming.
CAIT
Prince charming turned into a frog again?
They both laugh.
ANDREW
How about you walk to the car and you by both of us a drink.
Cait
I have a better one. We take Mary and she buys all of us a drink with Uncle Bert’s money.
ANDREW
Sounds like a plan to me!
INT. MURPHY’S BAR - NIGHT
Inside the bar Cait and Mary sit at the counter with beers in front of them. Inside its dark with festive lights of shamrocks. You can tell the owner is bosting that his/her ethnicity is 100% Irish. Its large enough for it to be difficult to find someone inside. Its noisy with celtic music blaring.
CAIT
Whats taking him so long?
Shouting to each other over the noise.
MARY
How should i know?
Cait looks around her trying to find Andrew.
CAIT
OK then. So maybe I should go find him.
Mary looks around her shoulder for him too.
MARY
Here he comes, but whos that with him.
CAIT
I don’t know.
MARY
That is what I call good scenery.
DALE DOBSON and Andrew have come to the counter and now sit next to the two
girls. Dale has blond curly hair he is about as tall as Andrew, and he has hazel eyes. He is quite comely and pleasant to look at.
ANDREW
Hey chicklets this is Dale we were buds, the best of, when i lived in montana. He’s just moved here. He’s staying in the south side.
DALE
I got promoted and had to re -locate to the San Fransisco branch. I’m not sure i mind though the people here are exceedinlgy more beautiful then in New York.
CAIT
(muttering to herself)
Oh please.
MARY
So, you moved here from New York not Montana?
DALE
Yeah, I moved there shortly after Andrew came here.
ANDREW
So how long are you in town?
DALE
Well, it seems that i’ll be here for a long time at least a year.
ANDREW
We’re going to have to show ya ‘round then. What are you doing tomorrow night?
DALE
Picking up my sis at the airport.
ANDREW
Gina?
DALE
The one and only.
ANDREW
Maybe we could have dinner then at the Crush.
CAIT
Dale! We have tickets at the orpheum tomorrow night.
ANDREW
Oh, thats right.
ANDREW
Sunday night ok for you ,Dale?
DALE
Perfect.
Cait stands up from he bar stool.
CAIT
Well we better get going then.
ANDREW
We brought one car.
CAIT
I know.
ANDREW
Oh, ok well then bye Dale see you sunday. Wait i should probably give you my number.
Andrew grabs a napkin from the counter and takes a pen out of his pocket and writes the needed information on it.
EXT. MURPHY’S BAR - NIGHT
Andrew and Cait converse outside while walking to thier car.
CAIT
I can’t believe you forgot about the tickets.
Cait walks across the street and Andrew follows.
ANDREW
Cait, I’m sorry.
CAIT
And I care because.......
ANDREW
Well you obviously care that I forgot that we had tickets at the orpheum.
CAIT
Yes, well thats differant I enjoy making you feel bad.
They continue to walk to thier car, a new convertable beetle.
ANDREW
Well at least I didnt stand you up so I could see Gina.
CAIT
Yes but that thought wasnt even going through your mind was it?
Andrew laughs.
ANDREW
I scared you! I scared you!
CAIT
No, you would never scare me unless of course you went streaking and got run over by a trolly car and then reserected yourself and ran to the golden gate and jumped off it.
ANDREW
That gives me an idea.
They reach their car ,get in, and drive away.
INT. THE CRUSH - NIGHT
A very posh and sophistacated resturaunt the lights are dim, the jazz music low ,and the food amazing. Cait, Mary, Julie, and Andrew sit at a table with drinks, mingleing and anticipating the arrival of Dale and Gina.
MARY
Do they know how late they are?
JULIE
Some think being late is fasionable.
CAIT
Thats only what self absorbed people tell themselves. Oh,
well i guess that would fit the description wouldnt it?
ANDREW
Whoa, nelly. They happen to be really nice once you get to know them.
MARY
And hot.
JULIE
What?
MARY
You know you were thinking it too!
JULIE
OK, you caught me. Wait I haven’t met them yet!
MARY
(In a Dreamy manner)
Dale is like a rose; smooth and intoxicateing.
CAIT
With nasty thorns waiting to hurt you at any second.
DALE AND GINA DOBSON walk down the stairs to the lounge under the formal dining room above. Gina is a exquisite beauty wearing the latest trends from london. Long Dark hair and sparkling brown eyes stair Cait in the face. Gina takes the word beautiful to a differant level. Gina and Dale now stand in front of Mary Dale and Cait.
DALE
You guys are lucky we made it! Why arent there any white people in this country. Gees! There was so many Aisan people running into me I thought I was going to die!
CAIT
Have you ever heard the phrase `Free Country’? If you really wanted an answer as to why there are `No white people’ or so YOU say that would be your answer’.
DALE
(in a very suprised tone)
Aww, yes. Well let me introduce my sister. Gina this is the fair Mary...
Gina smiles at Mary and shakes her hand.
DALE
And Cait...
CAIT
Hi.
DALE
and...
GINA
(with a smile)
And Andrew.
Andrew grins and blushes.
ANDREW
Glad you remember me.
GINA
Do you think I would forget the little 9 year old that so openly had a crush on me. If you think that your mistaken, muffin.
JULIE
Fitting restaurant then!
Gina and Dale sit down at the lounge table ALEX a tall dark and extremely handsome english male waiter walks to their table from the kitchen entrance. He is about 26 and is wearing the standard london styles a half- apron adorns his waste. He stands in front of the five and asks Dale and Gina for there order in an incredibly dreamy english accent.
ALEX
What can I please you with.
MARY
Whipped cream would be nice.
ALEX
(with a smile)
I already took your order.
GINA
(stairing at him with big eyes and slobbering over the precious beauty)
I’ll have a martini two olives.
ALEX
Shaken not stured?
GINA
Any way you want.
DALE
Well i’ll have a margarita.
ALEX
Righto.
Alex walks into the backround.
All seems to be going well and Cait apears to be happy as the night passed by quickly with much laughter. Inside cait feels like theres a tazmanian devil tearing her insides out. Cait detests seeing Andrew flirt with Gina incessantly. She didn’t happen to notice Dale striving for her attention.
INT. CAIT’S BEDROOM - MORNING
Inside Cait’s bedroom you can tell its been five years. Cait spruced it up quite a bit. It’s colorful and fun. Andrew enters and waljks over to Cait’s bed he tries to persaude her to wake up.
ANDREW
Come on get up you have to go with me to Dale’s party.
CAIT
(disgruntled from being woken and half way asleep)
No way!!!
ANDREW
Don’t make me pull you. I don’t want to go by myself please! just get up come on.
Cait moving from underneath the covers finally gets out and is standing with both feet on the floor in front of Andrew.
CAIT
Fine I’m up but that doesnt mean I’m going.
ANDREW
oh yes you are. Look on the bright side, you’ll get to meet mary’s boyfriend. What’s his name? I think it’s Eric. Eric Rushworthe, ya thats it.
Andrew goes to her closet and throws her some clothes.
CAIT
(holding the clothes)
I’m so not doing this.
Int. INSIDE THE CAR
CAIT
I’m so not doing this.
They pull up to and incredible mansion located in Saratoga,California. They pass by a street sign saying Sobey Road. They pass a run down school first. Cait is beginning to think Dale doesnt have the best of the best unlike most people she’s known. They then pass mansion after mansion all hidden by beautiful oaks.
EXT. DALE’S MANSION (ESTABLISHING)
CAIT
I’m so not doing this.
